Facilities Use Guide

The library shares space with a variety of other university units. The following list provides contact information and general guidelines for using certain spaces in the library.

This area is rarely scheduled for readings or similar events because programs may be affected by noise.
Technology Enhanced Collaboration Space (TECS) RM 1045 http://library.uncw.edu/room_reservations Access Restricted to UNCW Students, Faculty, and Staff with a valid UNCW One Card.
Instructional Services Classrooms, Randall Library RM 1022 and RM 1039 Anne Pemberton, Coordinator of Library Instructional Services, 962-7810 Reserved for use by librarians to present course-related and other group bibliographic instruction sessions.  Requests for library instruction may be submitted online.

Archives, RM 2008 UNCW Archivist, Adina Riggins, 962-4233 Consists of public records of long-term historical value pertaining to the heritage of the University of North Carolina Wilmington. The collection includes books, theses, newspapers, correspondence, multi-media, art, maps, objects, posters, and more.
Auditorium, RM 2047 UNCW Facility Reservations, 962-3011 Bookings will appear on the Library Calendar and the UNCW Events Calendar (for more information, see the Auditorium policy statement)
