Abstract
The Office of Housing and Residence Life administers housing for students who live on campus at UNCW. The Office of Housing and Residence Life is located behind Schwartz Hall, one of the residence halls. This collection includes various materials donated from the office, including photos, slides, newsletters, reports and miscellaneous objects and papers. The bulk of the collection was donated between the years 2000 and 2004.

Scope and Content

This collection includes various materials from the Office of Housing and Residence Life, including photos, slides, newsletters, reports and miscellaneous objects and papers. The bulk of the collection was donated between the years 2000 and 2004 from the Office of Housing and Residence Life.

Among the office's responsibilities is the employment of resident assistants (RA's). These upperclass students live in the residence halls. They coordinate activities and programs and have other duties for their floor or hall. The collection includes many photos of resident assistants and their orientation activities.
