The Customer Services Unit brings library users and materials together, whether the materials are owned locally or by another institution. Our services include borrowing privileges, checkout, laptop lending, print and electronic course reserves, book searches, recalls and holds, media lending, shelving, and shelf reading to name a few, We also obtain materials from other sources, deliver materials from all sources to faculty and distance learners, and provide maintenance and lending of library owned media equipment.

We offer services at several points within the library including the Front Desk and the Interlibrary Loan and Document Services Office. Many of our services are also available via the library's web site, by IM, email and by telephone. Please see specific services web pages for a listing of their hours and staff.
