Sixth International Artist Colony 2008
In collaboration with Paint a Future
January 13—February 25, 2009
William Madison Randall Library
The University of North Carolina Wilmington

Thirty-five paintings were created by the No Boundaries 2008 artists as well as by artists from the local community for Paint a Future. Each artist was able to choose a work on paper created by an underprivileged child in Brazil. The artist used the child's artwork collaged in their painting.

All proceeds from the sale of the paintings go towards helping the child, their family, the community, the school, for hearing aids, houses, computers, teachers and more. The Paint a Future project started by Hetty van der Linden of the Netherlands.

After the Randall library exhibition, some of the paintings will be displayed at the Atlanta Airport and in The Netherlands. For more information visit the website: www.paintafuture.org
