To bindery:
1. Flag monographs on cart that will need to go to bindery including all thesis not bound. Catalog monograph(s) as usual except:
2. Check out book to Bindery in Innopac: (see also printed instructions in bindery box located by student desk in Tech. Services)
3. Print out bindery report in Innopac (automatic printout)
4. Attach spine label and barcode to Bindery Report. Give bindery report to June (put it in her mail box if she is not here)
5. Print out bib. record of the book. Leave the book with bib. record by bindery terminal with a note to June Spencer-Francis.
Back from the bindery:
6. Debbie Price brings the rebound books to Debbie Packer.
7. Debbie Packer looks for the bindery report in the bindery box and has students to process them as new books.
8. Rebound books in solid black goes to Debbie Packer. Debbie edits the item record to reflect the new barcode. Student assistants relabel, strip and remark ownership if it has been removed.
9. Student assistants hand deliver all rebound books to Circulation so that the books can be checked back into the library.
