Stop by the Library Help Desk on the 1st floor and get help from Randall Library staff, librarians, and Peer Navigators with:

  • choosing and narrowing down a topic and writing an effective research question
  • refining keywords
  • finding and evaluating sources
  • basic technology assistance with desktop computers, software, scanners, and printers

Digital Makerspace

the Digital Makerspace on the first floor of Randall libraryThe Digital Makerspace is located on the first floor, in front of TAC. It's goal is to bring access to technologies, such as virtual reality and 3D printing, to all UNCW students, staff and faculty in support of digital creation and literacy. Learn more about the Digital Makerspace.

 

 

iPrint Business Center

the iPrint business center on the first floor of Randall LibraryLocated at the back of the first floor, the iPrint Business Center is a student-focused business center providing copying services and much more. Students can get class materials, group presentations and handouts copied and printed on a variety of papers. Visit iPrint for more information.

 

TAC (Technology Assistance Center)

TAC at the back of Randall Library, on the first floorThe Technology Assistance Center (TAC), located on the first floor, answers your questions and provides support for all your computing issues or problems. The TAC provides phone, e-mail and walk-in assistance to the UNCW campus community. Students, faculty & staff can also check out Dell laptop computers to use in the library. Go to the myTAC Portal to contact TAC or view hours.
