Alumni of UNCW who are still residents of North Carolina can check out materials by purchasing a NC Adult Resident Borrower’s Card. Visit this page for more information.
Once you are no longer registered for classes at UNCW, you will no longer be able to access our databases from off-campus. However, you can still visit Randall Library and use our Quick Lookup or visitor computers to access databases.
Alumni who are no longer enrolled in courses at UNCW are eligible to sign up for a free Computer User account, which will allow access to the library’s Visitor computers.
Gifts to Randall Library benefit the entire University by helping us provide excellent services and materials to the UNCW community.
- Monetary donations (including memorials) are gratefully accepted for enhancing the delivery of library services.
- You can give online through UNCW Advancement (Search for "Randall Library" when designating your gift).

Randall Library is anticipating a major renovation beginning in 2021. As we prepare for this event we are suspending accepting book donations for the general collection now through the end of construction. Monetary donations are always welcome!

Hours vary during the summer, and when classes are not in session.
During the semester, access between 10:00pm - 7:00am Sunday - Thursday and 6:00pm - 9:00pm on Fridays is restricted to UNCW students, faculty, and staff.
