A new display at our entrance celebrates Synergy: UNCW's Common Reading Experience. The book selection for 2012-13 is Ten Letters: The Stories Americans Tell Their President by Eli Saslow.
Our exhibit draws inspiration from photos found in Ten Letters and highlights a selection of letters from our community, people trying to make a difference one voice at a time. For more letters, visit Special Collections on the second floor.
Synergy is a campus-wide, freshman-focused reading program. Students, faculty, and staff read the same book and participate in discussions and activities in the classroom and on-campus. Synergy supports the university's mission of integrating teaching, research, service, stimulation of intellectual curiosity, imagination, critical thinking, and thoughtful expression.
