Join us for the UNCW Anthropology Day Darwin Day Gallery Celebration on February 26, 2019 from 5-7PM in Randall Library’s Sundial Gallery (2nd floor). This event is sponsored by the Department of Anthropology, College of Arts & Sciences, Office of the Associate Provost for Research, Randall Library, Department of Art and Art History, and UNCW Anthropology Club. There will be light refreshments and activities!

This Anthropology Day we would like to celebrate our exhibit titled, "Endless Forms Most Beautiful". This collection, a reflection on naturally occurring variation, combines material from the UNCW Museum of World Cultures with UNCW student artwork from the Departments of Anthropology, Art & Art History Department, Biology & Marine Biology Department, UNCW Theatre, and more. Come meet the artists and see how they have celebrated variation.

"Endless Forms Most Beautiful" is part of the UNCW Darwin Day 2019 celebration of science of curiosity. This display was curated by Anthropologists Drs. Carolyn Robinson and Michaela Howells, and Outreach and Engagement Librarian Christopher Robinson, Randall's Digital and Visual Media Coordinator John Crawford, Special Collections Librarian Rebecca Baugnon, Social Sciences Librarian Stephanie Crowe, with thanks to UNC Wilmington Randall Library and the UNCW Art & Art History Department. This event was made possible with support from the Office of the Associate Provost for Research, the College of Arts and Science, Randall Library, and the UNCW Anthropology Club.
