An image of an ear with text reading: "The Escucha project aims to give voice to all"

A project by Nathaniel Ober, visiting artist at UNCW for the Spring 2019 semester, Escucha is a traveling time capsule of sound. It wishes to move through many hands-to hear of many stories while traversing the world, and to encourage less speaking and more listening. To share or listen, there is a capsule available in Randall Library’s Sherman Hayes Gallery.  Nathaniel Ober’s exhibit, Recent Sound Projects, will held in the Cultural Arts Building from May 16 – May 31.
