Time and Stress Management

Join us in Retreat at Randall (RL2016) on March 29 at 1:00 pm. This session explores the causes of stress and how participants deal with stress. Participants learn ways to reduce stress by streamlining their physical activity, making time to relax, getting plenty of sleep, and examining how they are spending time each day and brainstorm ways to improve time management.
