The MakerStudio offers two studio spaces. Studio B is a smaller Podcasting space that also doubles as a VR area. Studio A is a large studio space that also serves as a multi-purpose production room.
You can reserve Studios A and B through our online reservation scheduler.
To use a Studio, make a reservation and then check in with the MakerStudio Staff before or during your scheduled reservation. Users will need their UNCW ID to be able to use the room. Please do not bring food or drink into the Studios.

- 4 Microphones, 4 Microphone stands, 4 Headphone sets
- 2 LED Studio Lights and Stands
- Dell Computer editing station
- Webcam with integrated microphone
The Rodecaster Pro/RodeCaster Pro II Mixing board can record to personal laptops, tablets, or any smart mobile device.
Video Production
The MakerStudio has cameras and tripods for checkout. Items can be checked out for 7 days. Just bring your UNCW ID to the MakerStudio and our staff can assist you.
