If you have an existing hoopla account:

  1. Visit hoopladigital.com or download the app.
  2. Choose NC LIVE as your library.
  3. Add “NC” after your library card number when you register.
  4. Browse and borrow from hoopla’s Flex collection!
  5. Toggle back to your initial hoopla account to enjoy hoopla’s Instant collection.
