The UNCW Library has a wonderful selection of event and meeting spaces for your group. We can accommodate a range of events with a capacity maximum of 85 in our largest space. Groups can double up on spaces or individuals can find private meeting spaces for their team. Explore the options below to find a space that that best fits your needs.

Event Spaces
DH1070 - Event Space
The DH 1070 Event Space is a versatile year-round space that seats 60 guests (up to 85 depending on set-up) with flexible configurations including tradeshow, banquet, auditorium, or classroom style configurations. Great for in-person or hybrid events, it features dual projectors with upgraded presentation technology, ideal for workshops, retreats, showcases, socials, and even lectures. DH1072 - Visualization and Analysis Lab (VAL)
The DH1072 Visualization and Analysis Lab seats 48 guests (36 at tables) and is designed for engaging and collaborative in-person events. Featuring a 30-foot extended display with multiple high quality presentation options, along with flexible speaker and microphone technology, it's an ideal setting for workshops, analytical sessions, and lectures. Non-UNCW Group Options
Community groups to rent our Event Spaces for meetings, workshops, and other events. Additional spaces can be reserved when packaged with either of these two spaces. UNCW Faculty/Staff Options
UNCW Faculty and Staff can reserve our Event Spaces for your next event, meeting, workshop, or retreat. Our Event Spaces are ideal for in-person activities, with select rooms equipped for hybrid use.
Additional Library Spaces are available to reserve to meet your event needs. We offer a few reservable spaces for meetings, workshops, and events. These spaces mainly support in-person activities.
