K-12 teachers in the following counties may purchase a North Carolina Resident Borrower’s Card for $7.00, renewable annually: 

• Bladen
• Brunswick
• Columbus
• Duplin
• New Hanover
• Onslow
• Pender
• Sampson 

Teachers must present valid photo ID and proof of employment as a K-12 educator in one of those counties at the Library Help Desk to obtain/renew this card.
