Ever really stopped to experience your food? In this session, you'll learn the basics of mindful eating—an approach that invites you to slow down and tune into your senses while eating. Discover how to notice hunger and fullness cues, observe how food makes you feel, and eat with more intention and awareness. No judgment, just curiosity.

Explore the basics of Reiki and how mindfulness and energy awareness can support emotional well-being.
