Need to unwind and chill? Progressive muscle relaxation is a simple, body-based practice where you tense and relax different muscle groups to release stress and feel amazing. Take a break and unleash your creativity with a relaxing mindful painting session! Whether you're decorating rocks, shells, or canvases, this is your chance to unwind, de-stress, and let your artistic side shine. No experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the materials you need. Looking for a fun way to relax? Come hang out and learn an awesome new craft, paper quilling. You’ll pick up the basics, like using the tools and making cool shapes, and leave with your own handmade creation to take home.
