Calling all student filmmakers and horror fans! The UNCW Library is excited to announce a 48 Hour Film Competition this fall! You’ll have just 48 hours to make and submit a short horror film for a chance to win awesome prizes and cash!

What is the 48 Hour Film Competition?

You can form a team of up to five students, or go solo if you prefer. Your mission is to create a short horror film that’s between 5 and 8 minutes long. All films will be showcased in the Discovery Hall Events Space, where a panel of professors and librarians will choose three winners to receive prizes and eternal bragging rights!
