Call for Members Library Student Wellbeing Committee

The UNCW Library Student Wellbeing Committee supports student wellbeing by helping develop inclusive, restorative spaces and advising on programs and initiatives that promote the overall wellbeing of students. Committee members work with the Outreach Librarian and library staff to provide feedback, identify student needs and help shape wellbeing efforts across the library. The committee will include up to six UNCW students committed to supporting student wellbeing, with additional members added on a case-by-case basis as needed.

Committee Commitment: Up to four meetings per academic year (twice per semester), typically held in September and November or February and April, with additional meetings as needed.

Committee Charge: The committee supports student wellbeing at UNCW Library by developing inclusive, restorative spaces and coordinating programs and initiatives in collaboration with the Outreach Librarian. This work is guided by student feedback, regular meetings, and collaboration with library staff to plan and carry out well-being efforts.
